Certain Inputs to Manufacture (CIM)

Provides duty free entry for eligible goods used in activities directed towards export enhancement or import replacement. Broadly, the eligibility of goods is restricted to chemical, plastic and paper raw materials and intermediate goods and certain food packaging that have a substantial and demonstrable performance advantage over those produced in Australia.
